Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is a regional hospital and health provider in East Gippsland, serving a catchment across 21,000 km² and communities in and around the Gippsland Lakes region.
As East Gippsland’s largest employer, BRHS is a magnet for talented professionals across a wide range of specialities including medical, clinical, information technology, administration, finance and logistics.
BRHS operates across three campuses and multiple community sites, delivering a broad range of hospital, aged care and community health services.
Key hospital facilities include 52 acute beds, 19 sub-acute beds, a high-dependency unit, surgical and theatre capacity, maternity services, dialysis, emergency & short-stay units, palliative care, and ambulatory / outpatient specialty clinics.
