We currently have an excess of doctors in the system at the moment who will require level 1 supervision for a minimum of 12 months. At this point in time we do not have the capacity to be able to meet this need. We currently have to focus on fellowed doctors in order to support other doctors in the future. As such we are focusing on and seeking to fill key roles through the Expedited Specialist pathway of General Practitioners, Psychiatrists, O and G and Anaesthetists.
